and Wellness for Living
My name is Dr. Crystal Williams and I will be your instructor for
Health PHED 1001
Health and Wellness for Living course. This year will mark my 4th
year as an adjunct instructor at Gordon State College. I currently
teach at a local high school in the metro Atlanta area and this
school year will mark my 16th year as a public school
educator. I am graduate of Auburn University Montgomery, where I
play 4 stellar years of college basketball. A few of my honors are
as followed: inducted into AUM’s Athletic Hall of fame, second
female to have her Jersey Retired (#32), I scored over 2,000 points
and accumulated 1,900 rebounds. I earned a Master’s degree in
Education from AUM, an Education Specialist Degree from Troy
University and a Doctorate of Education from Walden University. In
my spare time I enjoy inspiring others to maximize their gifts and
talents, by living out their purpose. I also enjoy working out,
sporting events, research, and sewing.
